Level of the course: An entry-level interactive course accredited by the Lean-Kanban University (LKU) for team members and team leaders to understand Kanban Method leading to Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) certification from Lean Kanban University.

Kanban is an evolutionary change management method which enables sustained change by continuously improving the existing system, while some other Agile methods suggest a radical/revolutionary change. Radical or revolutionary change will attract resistance for quick change, while evolutionary change brings in change with least or no resistance to change.
